We can deliver to any address in South Africa
For rural areas, we suggest using pickup delivery services (Like Pep Paxi or Postnet)
Shipping is for FREE for all orders over R500
Delivery to major cities is usually within 2 days.
Delivery to other outlying and regional areas may take an additional 2-3 working days. Rural locations may experience slight delays in deliveries due to logistic challenges.
For rural areas we highly recommend Pep Paxi or PostNet store to store services.
All our products are in stock. We pack and ship out orders as soon as your payment is completed.
Mondays - Friday: We process orders from 09h00 - 15h00. So, if you order before 11h00, we will send your order out on the same day.
Weekends and after hours: If your order is placed AFTER 13h00, or over the weekend, we will process and dispatch it on the next business day.
Orders received after the courier collection on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and you can expect delivery the following Monday.
The couriers do not deliver on weekends (or public holidays).
We use The Courier Guy and Aramex for all our deliveries. Additionally we also use Pep Paxi & Postnet as a pickup service.
Unfortunately we do not offer same day deliveries.
The courier company will always attempt to deliver to your door. If delivery is not completed the couriers will attempt delivery again on their next delivery run. Someone must be available during the day to receive the collection. (The courier driver needs to deliver hundreds of parcels in a day. They cannot schedule exact delivery times with everyone. So, depending where you are en-route, delivery will be at different times.)
It is not always realistic to expect the courier drivers to contact you via phone. Faulty intercoms and high security communities can cause some difficulties. Please make sure the necessary security people are aware of the delivery. If you have any trouble with your delivery, you can contact the couriers directly, or ask us to track and confirm your delivery for you.
Pep Paxi is a new delivery service that allows us to send your order to any Pep store in the country. There are over 2000 Pep store locations in South Africa.
You will receive a tracking number and Pin number. Once your order is ready for collection, simply visit the Pep store and present your ID and Pin number and they will hand over your parcel.
We will confirm the address of the Pep store with you directly.
Pep Paxi delivery times is usually 2 to 4 working days. For rural areas, there may be an additional 2 to 3 days delay.
Many customers prefer this method as they do not have to wait for couriers, they can simply collect their order at their own convenience
PostNet delivery is a 'store to store' service. This means you will collect your order at your nearest PostNet store. We will confirm their address with you directly.
PostNet delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. There may be a few more days delay for outlying and rural areas.
We are an online store and do not have a physical address or retail location. Unfortunately we do not offer a pick-up service.
We offer the following payment options.
For your security, we don't take credit card numbers over the phone or by email.
If you pay via credit card, our payment partner (Yoco.co.za) will process the payment for you. This means that we do not collect or view your credit card numbers or OTP information. Once you to enter your card details a 3D secure payment confirmation may also happen here. Upon completion you will be taken to our site, to the Thank You page.
For Instant EFT payments, our payment partner is PayFast. As above, all transactions are safe and secure and we do not view or have access to any of your account numbers or passwords.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
We outsource delivery to third party couriers, and they cannot accept payment. All orders need to be paid for before they are dispatched, so Cash On Delivery is not possible.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
All products have a 30 day money back guarantee - However, products must not be used, tampered or damaged. Proof of purchase and the original packaging is also required.
Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued) full refund will be given.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns on earrings, headwear and teeth grillz
